Cable Clip Set (4–10 mm)
Four snap-in clips for 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm cables with screw tabs — tidy up your desk, server shelf or robot.

Zip-Tie Antenna Tube Mount
Holds a receiver antenna tube at 45° away from props and carbon. Straps to any arm or standoff with two zip ties.

Soil Moisture Sensor Rain Cap
Slides over the electronics end of capacitive soil sensors so watering never shorts them. Cable exits from the side.

Stackable Weather Station Radiation Shield
Stevenson-style louvered shield: print 6–8 plates and one top cap, stack them on three M3 rods and hang your BME280 inside.

Vented ESP32 Sensor Enclosure
Wall-mount box with side vents, a USB opening and press-fit lid for ESPHome room sensors and LoRa nodes.

2×2 Macro Keypad Plate and Case
Switch plate with standard 14 mm cutouts at 19.05 mm pitch plus a case with room for a Pico and its USB cable.

Raspberry Pi 4/5 Vented Case
Two-part case: the base holds the board on standoffs with a microSD notch and floor vents; the lid clamps it down with four posts and leaves the USB/Ethernet end, USB-C, micro-HDMI and audio side, SD end and a GPIO wire slot open. Both parts print without supports.

Pi 5 Case Lid with 30 mm Fan Mount
Drop-in replacement lid for the Pi 4/5 Vented Case with a guarded 30 × 30 mm fan opening (24 mm hole spacing) over the SoC. The fan hangs inside and blows down; hot air leaves through the open port sides.

Pocket-size 15 mm tall case for the Zero / Zero 2 W: openings for mini-HDMI, both micro-USB ports, microSD and the camera ribbon, plus a GPIO slot in the lid for a soldered header.

Pi Zero Camera Case Lid
Taller lid for the Pi Zero Slim Case base that carries a Camera Module v1.3, 2 or 3 (21 × 12.5 mm holes) looking out through the top — mount the camera with its lens toward the GPIO side. For a Zero without a soldered header.

Raspberry Pi Pico Case with USB Slot
Snug case for a Pico, Pico W or Pico 2 W without headers: USB opening, a window over BOOTSEL and the LED, and wire exits along both long sides for soldered leads.

ESP32 DevKit Jumper Dock
Wide ESP32 DevKits leave no free breadboard holes — this dock holds the board by its ends with the pins pointing down into open channels, so you plug female jumpers from below. Fits boards 25–28.5 mm wide, 45–60 mm long, with 22.86–25.4 mm row spacing.

Arduino Nano Jumper Dock
Same idea for the Arduino Nano (18 × 45 mm, 15.24 mm row spacing) and Nano-size boards: pins point down into channels so jumpers plug from below and the board sits safely off the desk.

Raspberry Pi 4/5 DIN Rail Mount
Put your Pi in an electrical panel or homelab cabinet: a standoff plate plus a snap-on clip for standard 35 mm (TS35) top-hat rail. Hook the fixed side on, rock it down until the spring latch clicks; pry the tab to release.

Pi Zero DIN Rail Plate
Compact Zero / Zero 2 W plate with the same two-screw pattern as the Pi 4/5 DIN mount — print the TS35 clip from that model and screw it on.

Raspberry Pi 4/5 VESA 75/100 Mount
Hide a Pi behind your monitor or TV: one plate with both VESA 75 and VESA 100 hole patterns (counterbored for the screw heads), Pi standoffs, vents and zip-tie slots for the cables.

Raspberry Pi 4/5 Keyhole Wall Mount
Hang a Pi on two screws and lift it off in a second. Two keyhole slots (60 mm apart) have head pockets behind them so the plate sits flat on the wall; slots point up.

Stackable Pi Cluster Plates
Build a Pi 4/5 tower for Docker, Kubernetes or a homelab: one plate per Pi plus 30 mm hex spacers that seat in rings at each corner, all threaded on four M3 rods. Cable notches front and back.

Project Box S (70 × 50 × 30 mm)
Small electronics box with corner screw bosses, countersunk lid with locating lip and two wall-mount ears. Drill or melt your own cable holes.

Project Box M (110 × 75 × 40 mm)
Medium vented box that fits a Pi 4/5, an ESP32 board or a relay module: side vent slots, corner screw bosses, countersunk lid and mounting ears.

Project Box L (160 × 110 × 55 mm)
Large vented enclosure for controllers with a power supply, relays and terminal blocks — same screw-down lid and mounting ears as the S and M boxes.

Pi + 2.5" SSD Sandwich Plate
A 2.5-inch SATA SSD screws to the underside (slotted holes fit the standard bottom pattern from either end), the Pi sits on top — a tidy, fast-booting NAS or server block.

Relay Module Tray
Walled tray (136 × 76 mm inside) for 1–4 channel relay boards and their wiring: a 5 mm dimple grid to mark and self-tap the module's holes, wire exits on both sides, zip-tie anchors and four mounting holes. Keep mains wiring inside a closed box.

Buck Converter Snap Mount (LM2596 + MP1584)
Snap-in cradles for a 43 × 21 mm LM2596 module and a 22 × 17 mm MP1584EN module on one screw-down plate, raised 3 mm so solder joints never touch, with wire notches at each end.

Perfboard Snap Frames (50×70 and 70×90)
Open frames that snap around standard 50 × 70 and 70 × 90 mm, 1.6 mm prototype boards and lift them 5 mm so the solder side is protected. Two screw ears each.

Full-Size Breadboard Tray with Jumper Comb
Holds an 830-point breadboard (165 × 55 mm) so it never slides, with finger notches to lift it out, a 36-slot comb to park pre-cut jumpers and pockets for bumper feet.

Angled Touchscreen Stand (pair)
Print two: they hold a 7-inch Pi touchscreen or any panel up to ~200 mm wide and 8–12.5 mm thick at a 15° tilt, with a front lip and braced back rest. Pad thinner screens with foam tape.

Snap-In Cable Grommet and Blank Plug (20 mm)
Gland-style fittings for a 20 mm hole in a 2–4 mm box wall: barbed fingers snap in from outside. The grommet has a 7 mm cable hole with a side split so it slips over an existing cable; the blank plug closes unused holes.

2WD Robot Chassis Plate for TT Motors
124 × 150 mm stiff-rimmed chassis with holes for our TT motor brackets, the 15 mm ball caster, a front sensor bracket and a 10 mm M3 grid for your Pi, Pico, battery and sensors.

Gusseted L-bracket for the yellow TT gear motor: two M3 through-bolts 17.5 mm apart hold the motor, two M3 screws 20 mm apart bolt it under any chassis. Print two.

N20 Micro Gear Motor Bracket
Saddle clamp with a flat-sided tunnel shaped for the 12 × 10 mm N20 motor, an M2 grub-screw hole to lock it and two M2 mounting holes 24 mm apart. Great for mini-sumo and line followers.

Snap-In Ball Caster for a 15 mm Ball
Four flexible fingers snap over a 15 mm steel or glass ball. Chassis-to-floor height is about 18 mm, matching TT motors with 65 mm wheels; add washers under the flange to fine-tune.

Adjustable Line-Sensor Array Bracket
Z-shaped drop bracket that hangs an IR line-sensor board (TCRT5000 / QTR style) just above the floor. Slotted holes adjust fore-aft and fit boards with M3 holes 14–36 mm apart.

SG90 Pan-Tilt Bracket (2 Parts)
A Ø60 mm base tower holds the pan servo shaft-up; the tilt cradle screws to its horn and holds the second SG90 sideways. Add the horn-to-camera adapter for a face-tracking camera.

Servo Horn to Pi Camera Adapter
Right-angle plate: the servo horn screws into a recessed pocket on one face, and a Camera Module 2/3 (21 × 12.5 mm holes) sits on four posts, so the servo tilts the camera up and down.

SG90 Claw Gripper (2 Parts)
Simple, strong gripper: the SG90 hangs under the base, a ribbed fixed jaw stands on top and a swinging finger on the single-arm horn closes against it. Four M3 holes mount it on an arm or rover.

Robot Bumper with Microswitch Mount (2 Parts)
A 150 mm curved bumper slides on two M3 screws and presses two 20 × 10 mm (KW11-type) microswitches held on a separate plate. Slotted holes let you set the switch trigger point.

20-Slot Encoder Disc for TT Motors
Ø30 mm slotted wheel that presses onto the rear shaft of double-shaft TT motors (5.4 mm with flats) and spins through an LM393 / H206 slot sensor for speed and distance counting.

Mini-Sumo Scoop Blade
96 mm wide solid wedge (fits the 10 × 10 cm mini-sumo class) with a 0.8 mm leading edge and two tabs with nut traps. Sand the edge sharp and print solid for extra weight.

18650 Single-Cell Holder with Tabs
Snap-in cradle for one 18650 cell (flat-top or button-top, up to 69 mm) with 1.3 mm slots for spring or nickel-strip contacts, wire exits and two M3 screw tabs.

20° GoPro-Style TPU Action-Cam Mount
Three-prong GoPro-style mount on a 20° wedge with a captive M5 nut pocket. Two 22 mm slots let your battery strap hold it to the top plate; TPU soaks up jello vibration.

Anti-Slip LiPo Battery Pad
Chevron-textured TPU pad for the top plate of 5" quads. The battery strap passes through both slots, so the pad never shifts and the pack stays put in crashes.

GPS Mast for an M3 Standoff
50 mm mast that bolts onto the top of any M3 standoff (screwdriver goes down the hollow mast) and lifts the GPS 45 mm away from VTX and ESC noise on a Ø28 mm platform with zip-tie slots.

VTX SMA Antenna Holder
Zip-ties to a rear standoff (V-groove fits 5–6 mm round or hex) and holds an SMA bulkhead in a 6.5 mm hole, so crashes pull on the holder instead of the VTX's U.FL connector.

TPU Arm Guard / Landing Skid
Round-nosed TPU boot that slips under the end of a quad arm (up to 13 mm wide, 6 mm thick) and is held by a zip tie. Protects carbon edges on landings and arm-first crashes. Print four.

Soft-Mount FC Stack Spacer Frames (30.5 & 20 mm)
TPU spacer frames: four 5 mm soft spacers tied together so they never fall out while you build. 30.5 × 30.5 for M3 stacks and 20 × 20 for M2 stacks; the open centre clears the MCU.

RC Body-Post Cushion with Clip Leash
TPU sleeve that pushes onto 6 mm body posts, cushions the shell on jumps, and has a leash hole so your body clip never gets lost in the grass.

Steering Servo Horn Extension
Bolts on top of a plastic single- or double-arm servo horn (recessed pocket) and moves the steering link out to 23, 28 or 33 mm for more throw on converted toy cars and rovers.

RC Receiver Box with Lid
Splash-resistant box for receivers up to 41 × 29 × 13 mm, with a servo-lead exit, a 3 mm antenna hole, a press-fit lid and two M3 mounting ears.

LiPo Strap Anchor (20 mm)
Low loop for 20 mm hook-and-loop battery straps with counterbored M3 holes 36 mm apart. Printed on its side so the strap slot needs no bridges and the loop is strong.

Crawler Light Bar Bracket
Gusseted side bracket with an M3 pivot and a ±20° arc slot to aim an LED light bar on a crawler cage or bumper. Print two — the same part works on both sides.

Soldering Iron Stand with Sponge Tray
Wide, stable rest with two U-cradles (grips up to 22 mm), a sponge tray (up to 64 × 52 mm) and a round pocket for brass wool or a tip-tinner tin. Rest the grip in the cradles; the hot barrel and tip overhang the right edge, away from the plastic.

Solder Spool Holder with Feed Eyelet
The spool spins flat on a low-friction ring around a 12.6 mm spindle (centre holes 13 mm and up) and the solder feeds out through a teardrop eyelet. Fits spools up to 65 mm across.

Weighted Helping-Hands Base (4 Arm Sockets)
Hexagonal base with a hidden cavity for steel shot, sand or coins, closed by a lid with four 6.5 mm sockets. Each socket has an M3 set screw in a captive nut slot to lock 6 mm gooseneck arms, stiff wire arms or alligator-clip rods.

Numbered SD and microSD Card Holder
Desk block with 6 full-size SD slots and 16 microSD slots, each with an engraved number so you always know which card has which OS image.

3-Drawer Component Organizer
Stackable cabinet (90 × 110 × 80 mm) printed on its back so it needs no supports, plus a drawer with finger pull and label recess — print the drawer 3 times.

Two-Tier IC Tube and Tool Rack
16 rounded pockets (14.5 × 10.5 mm) in two stepped rows — stands IC shipping tubes, tweezers, markers and small files upright on the bench.

Screwdriver and Hex Key Wall Rack
Wall shelf with 8 countersunk screwdriver holes (shafts up to 8.5 mm) and 9 labelled hex sockets for metric keys 1.5–10 mm. Gussets keep it stiff under load.

Dupont Jumper Wire Stand
60 chamfered square sockets (3 rows × 20) that hold Dupont/jumper connectors upright — sort male and female leads by length or colour.

DIP IC Lead Straightener and Header Aligner
Press new DIP chips into the 0.3 in (narrow, marked 3) or 0.6 in (wide, marked 6) channel to bend the splayed legs straight before they go into a breadboard or socket. A row of 2.54 mm holes straightens bent header pins.

Hook-Up Wire Spool Rack Brackets
Print two and screw them to a shelf: each bracket carries an 8 mm rod in an open-top slot and a second rod through a lower hole, so a row of wire spools can unroll on demand.

Multimeter Probe Holder
Heavy desk block that parks four probes tip-down (bodies up to 9.5 mm) in deep chamfered holes and their 4 mm banana plugs in the front row.

Pegboard Hooks for 1/4 in Holes
A J-hook and a double cradle for standard pegboard (1/4 in holes on a 1 in grid, boards up to 1/4 in thick). Printed on their side so the pegs are strong along the layers.

Jumper Wire Cable Comb
Snap jumper wires (1.4–1.8 mm) into the 12 staggered slots to keep a bundle to a sensor or HAT neat and in order. The centre slot takes a zip tie or keyring.

20 mm XYZ Calibration Cube
Print it, measure each axis with calipers and correct your steps/mm or shrinkage. X, Y and Z are engraved on the matching faces so you never mix them up.

Tolerance and Fit Test
A plate with round and square holes that are 0.1–0.5 mm larger per side than the 10 mm key. The first hole the key slides into is your printer's clearance — use it in your own designs.

Overhang Test (30–70°)
Five wedges from 30° to 70° from vertical, each labelled. See where your cooling gives up, then set your slicer's support angle just below it.

Bridging Test (10–50 mm)
Five labelled bridges of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mm. Tune bridge speed, flow and fan until the longest span stays flat.

Seven 10 mm blocks, each with an overhang, a 10 mm bridge and a groove between levels. Change the nozzle temperature every 10 mm in your slicer and pick the cleanest block.

First-Layer and Bed-Level Test
A single 0.2 mm layer: a 170 mm frame plus five 30 mm squares at the corners and centre. Adjust Z-offset or the bed knobs until every square is smooth and joined.

Filament Spool End Clip
Clips onto the rim of a spool (flanges 2–3 mm thick) and holds the loose end through a 2.2 mm (1.75 mm filament) or 3.2 mm (2.85 mm filament) hole, so it never tangles.

608-Bearing Filament Guide for 2020 Extrusion
Bolts to the top of a 2020 frame (two M5 holes, 40 mm apart) and runs the filament over a 608 skate bearing under a keeper bar, cutting drag and stopping the filament from rubbing the frame.

Phone and Tablet Stand with Cable Pass-Through
Holds a phone or small tablet at 65° — perfect for following a guide or watching OctoPrint while you build. The 14 mm channel fits devices in thick cases, and the charging cable drops through the floor and out the back.

Under-Desk Headphone Hook
Screws under your desk and cradles a headband up to 44 mm wide in a smooth curve. Printed on its side so the layers run along the hook for strength.

Desk Cable Channel (150 mm)
Open-top raceway with angled retaining lips and two side exits. Push USB and power cables in through the 12 mm gap; screw or tape several in a row along the back of your bench.

Pi Academy Keychain Badge
A badge for finishing your first Academy mission. Raised letters and rim — pause at 3 mm and swap filament for a two-colour look.

Camera Module 3 Case with Tripod Nut
Two-piece case for Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 (also v2): 21 × 12.5 mm screw posts, Ø12 mm chamfered lens window, ribbon slot in the back and a captive 1/4"-20 nut on the bottom for any tripod or ball head.

Drip Irrigation Line Stakes (1/4" and 16 mm)
Snap-in stakes that pin 1/4" (6.4 mm) micro tubing or 16 mm (1/2") drip line to the soil. Ribbed 130 mm spike, clip opens away from the stake so you can push it in from above.

Plant Label Stakes (4-Pack)
Four write-on garden markers per plate with a raised rim and tapered stake. Write with a paint marker, or tape a small NFC sticker on the back for plant-info tags.

Garden Sensor Stake with Cable Channel
200 mm stake that holds a sensor box or solar node above the plants. A snap-in channel keeps a 4–5 mm sensor cable tidy all the way down to the soil probe.

12-Cell Seed Starting Tray + Drip Tray
3 × 4 tray of 40 mm tapered cells (45 mm deep) so seedlings pop out with the root ball intact. Four drain holes per cell, drainage channels underneath and a matching drip tray — great for sensor-watered seedling shelves.

Mini Submersible Pump Tank Bracket
Hooks over a bucket or reservoir rim (up to 6 mm thick) and holds a 3–5 V mini submersible pump (Ø15–28 mm) in a 90° V-cradle with two zip-tie slots, so the intake stays off the bottom sludge.

3-Cup Anemometer Rotor (608 Bearing)
Ø168 mm wind-speed rotor with half-pipe cups that print without supports. A 608 skateboard bearing presses into the hub and spins on an M8 bolt; two Ø6 × 3 mm magnet pockets underneath trigger a hall or reed sensor.

Wind Vane (608 Bearing)
Matching wind-direction vane: 180 mm boom, tall tail fin, arrow nose with a hex pocket for two M8 nuts as counterweight and a magnet pocket for a reed-switch ring or hall sensor.

Rain Gauge Collector Funnel (Ø160 mm)

Slide-in cradle for power banks up to 70 mm wide and 26 mm thick (any length) with 45° retaining lips, open ends for cables and four countersunk holes — for portable Pi projects, robots and trail cams.

LM2596 Buck Converter Snap Mount
Snap-in tray for the blue LM2596 step-down module (~43 × 21 mm): raised corner pads keep solder joints off the floor, flexible clips hold the board, wire notches at both ends and M3 ears.

Small Solar Panel Tilt Brackets (0–75°)
Print two bases and two arms to tilt a small 5–20 W panel from flat to 75° in 15° steps. The arm bolts to the panel frame through slots; an M5 pivot and an M5 lock pin set the angle for your latitude.

LiPo Charging Rack (4 Packs)
Keeps up to four LiPo packs (≤36 mm thick) upright and separated while charging or storing, with a comb for balance leads and vented floor. Plastic is NOT fireproof: always use it inside a LiPo bag, ammo can or on a ceramic tile, and never charge unattended.

Cable Strain-Relief Anchors (3–5 and 6–9 mm)
Weave a power or sensor cable around three capped pegs and add a zip tie: tugs on the cable never reach your solder joints or screw terminals. Two sizes, countersunk M3 holes.
